About the Awards

The CoStar Impact Awards recognise exemplary commercial real estate projects and transactions completed in 2025 that significantly influenced neighbourhoods or submarkets across 129 major markets in the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

The annual CoStar Impact Awards celebrates commercial property professionals that have brought leadership and innovation to their markets, by spotlighting commendable transactions and projects.

Commercial property industry professionals who know local market conditions well will review nominations and select winners from each market in the following categories:

• Lease of the Year
• Commercial Development of the Year
• Sale/Acquisition of the Year

Award winners will receive a customised trophy and promotion on the CoStar platform and marketing and communications channels. In addition, exclusive winner templates will be made available to promote the project’s success among peers and clients.

The criteria for all CoStar Impact Awards is subject to change at CoStar’s sole discretion.
